If you’re passionate about boating and have a good deal of experience in shipbuilding, especially aluminum, or if you’re a man or woman of the field, with a versatile profile and able to navigate between naval architecture, design, implementation of technical systems, management and production management, this rich and varied position will be an opportunity for you to blossom at the heart of a fast-growing company on a human scale, in a verdant region just a stone’s throw from Lyon.
\nDetailed job description:
\n– Working in direct collaboration with the Managing Director, Philippe BRABETZ, naval architect, and the 2\/3 naval engineering team, participate in the design of new ranges and one-off projects.
\n– Ensure coordination between the design and production departments with the heads of the various workshops (boiler making\/systems\/fittings\/painting) in order to guarantee costs and deadlines.
\n– Provide information on project feasibility and profitability.
\nDesired training and skills:
\nYou have a BTS in shipbuilding, a degree in engineering or naval architecture, or you can demonstrate relevant experience in a similar position. You are proficient in Rhinoceros, Maat-Hydro, AutoCad, the Microsoft suite, Gantt charts and English.
